Room was comfortable and nicely decorated including safe, small fridge replenished daily with free drinks and water. Range and quality of breakfast food was amazing! Very quiet, despite being next to busy Mercedes Plazza. Very friendly staff. Easy access to busline 300, Ost Berlin train station, underground and neighborhoods of Friedrichshain or Kreuzberg

Lovely clean hotel which is in a great location in Berlin. The hop on hop off bus stops close to the hotel and takes you to all the tourist sights if you wish. The wall and river are right in front of the hotel. Plenty of places to eat nearby although we chose to eat breakfast at the hotel, simply because there was an enormous very tasty choice. The staff are friendly and we found the Night Manager to be super helpful and knowledgeable. On our next trip to Berlin we will definitely return to the Indigo Hotel.

Excellent hotel!👌 The location is just great... and couldn't be better! The hotel is right next to the Mercedes Benz Arena, (a complex with restaurants, cafes and a mall that are right next to the hotel within a short walking distance), and also to the East Side Gallery. Public transportation is available everywhere and almost at any hour and there are also quite a few interesting places and shops in the immediate vicinity. The room I got was very(!) clean, very nicely decorated and very comfortable! The service is always kind and with a smile and they were always happy to help and answer any question. A highly recommended hotel and without a doubt I will return here again!

If you are attending a show at Mercedes Benz Arena, this the hotel for you. A minute walk from the main gate of the arena, with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants around. East Side Mall was 3 minutes away with even more shops. The rooms are very comfortable with just about everything you need. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Very comfortable bed! There is a bus stop right at the doorstep and more public transport a short walk away.

The hotel is super clean, probably the cleanest that I stayed in. Most of the staff are really kind and helpful. The room was spacious and comfi. Bed and pillows are nice to sleep on. I usually suffer from sleeping problems, but didn't had any problem to fall a sleep there. Drinks (water, beer and coca cola) are on the house and available every day at the room fridge. It was so nice to come back to the room everyday and to find a big bottle of water. Also, the breakfast was good, the restaurant team is doing everything to make you feel like in a proper restaurant. It was a bit pricy to my taste (23 euros), so would do it again if there is a cheeper offer while booking.

Perfect location for sightseeing and also a great variety of restaurants right beside hotel. The hotel is situated right opposite the East Side Gallery and has a rooftop bar which has great views and a really good atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel are so friendly and welcoming. We had a problem with our shower and it was dealt immediately and in a very professional manner.

Very clean hotel, nice bed. Quiet airconditioning. Staff was generally very friendly. Location is great, next to the water, relatively quiet at night and still close to everything. Parking across the street is completely free if you can get a spot (which is easy late at night). Would definitely come back.

The location is excellent with very good transportation. The room was very clean and very nicely equipped. Breakfast was excellent. But above all, the staff, and especially Madeleine and Martin whom we happened to meet most due to our schedules' overlap (but that is true for the entire team!), were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They helped with directions, information, food delivery, and luggage storage when we were away - and always with a big smile, and a wholehearted approachability. Thank you so much East Gallery Indigo team!

In general hotel is very nice. I wasn‘t happy with my room. it was acceptable though. I had the feeling I‘ve got one of the rooms which are below par compared to the rest, I guess. The bathroom was not up to the standards and the view out of the window was non existent since I was looking onto another wall very close by (approx. 3 meters). A booking.com room maybe?
